In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, namely the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the warranty period is the period during which the manufacturer, seller, or other authorized party undertakes to repair or replace the goods free of charge in case of defects (clause 5 of Article 1 of the said Law).

After sending a message, the BeniHome customer support team will contact you to resolve the situation promptly.
Please note: each set is made individually for the customer. If the order has been picked up from the post office, unpacked, and used, the prepayment (20% or 100%) will not be refunded, provided that the product is free of defects and complete!
If you refuse to accept your order at the post office, we will refund your prepayment minus logistics costs and packaging costs if it was damaged.
